Navigating the CartOS Admin

The CartOS admin is your command center for managing every aspect of your online store. Here's a guide to finding your way around.

Admin overview

When you log in to CartOS, you'll see the main admin dashboard. The left sidebar provides navigation to all major sections of your store.

Your dashboard shows key metrics, recent orders, and quick actions. This is a good starting point each time you log in.

View and manage all orders. Filter by status (pending, fulfilled, refunded), search for specific orders, and access order details.

Manage your product catalog. Add new products, edit existing ones, organize collections, and manage inventory.

View customer information, order history, and account details. Create customer segments for targeted marketing.

Track your store's performance with detailed reports on sales, traffic, and customer behavior.

Access Cascade for email campaigns, automation workflows, and promotional tools.

Customize your storefront. Manage themes, pages, navigation, and blog posts.

Configure store-wide settings including payments, shipping, taxes, domains, and user permissions.

The search bar at the top lets you quickly find products, orders, customers, and settings. Press / to focus the search bar from anywhere.
