Your CartOS admin dashboard is your central hub for managing every aspect of your online store—from products and orders to themes and settings. Here's how to access it.
Your admin URL
Every CartOS store has its own dedicated admin URL based on your store name:
https://yourstore.cartos-stores.com/admin
Replace yourstore with your actual store name. For example, if your store is called "sunrise-boutique", your admin URL would be sunrise-boutique.cartos-stores.com/admin.
How to log in
Navigate to your admin URL in any web browser. You'll see a login form asking for your credentials. Enter the username and password you created when setting up your store (or the credentials provided by your store administrator), then click Log In.
Once authenticated, you'll land directly on your admin dashboard.
What you can do from the dashboard
The admin dashboard gives you access to everything you need to run your store:
- Store settings – Configure your store name, currency, tax settings, and more
- Products – Add, edit, and organize your product catalog
- Orders – View and manage customer orders
- Customers – Access customer profiles and purchase history
- Themes – Customize your store's look and feel
- Bolts – Install and configure apps that extend your store's functionality
Trouble logging in?
If you're having trouble accessing your account, make sure you're using the correct store URL and that caps lock isn't enabled when typing your password. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset it.
